So its finally been released. The trailer every Star Wars fan has anxiously been waiting has finally dropped and divided fans all over again.
The trailer opens with Han ( Alden Ehrenreich) at the dashboard of a brand new looking Millennium Falcon as he says " I've been running scams on the streets since i was 10."
Han and Qi'ra (Emilia Clarke) are in a landspeeder on the run. If you look at the top of the image you can see the gold dice that are shown in "The Last Jedi." He also reveals that he was once in the Imperial Flight Academy, but got kicked out " for having a mind of my own."
Han stands upon some mountains which could be Corellia, Hans home planet, and he says " I'm going to be a pilot." It could be that this movie shows Han leaving Corellia for the first time.
He continues to say " Best in the Galaxy." It then shows a beautiful shot of the brand new Millenium Falcon.
We then see a shot of Han outside the Falcon in a dust storm. There are twin suns at the top of the image, could this be Tatooine?
Tobias Beckett (Woody Harrelson) says "Hey kid I'm putting together a crew." Harrelson's character will clearly be a mentor to Han throughout the film as he teaches him everything he needs to know about smuggling.
Qi'ra and a droid (Phoebe Waller-Bridge) exit the Falcon. The droid is yet to be named but hopefully it will be as loveable as all the other droids in the universe.
Next up we have Lando (Donald Glover) who looks great.
Thandie Newton is in the next scene who portrays a character we do not know about yet.
A brand new alien with four arms shows up
Han faces a room which could possibly be Stenness, where Han started gambling before the Galactic Civil War.
Next is a shot of a high class bar with a singer in a gold outfit and a floating head next to them. Qi'ra also appears in this shot so maybe she's there for a heist?
We get a glimpse of a shootout that will happen, and a close up of their leader.
An explosion has happened on what looks like Corellia and the trailer leads us to believe Han is flying the ship.
Tie Fighters chase the Falcon on a gas planet with a Imperial Class Star Destroyer in the background.
After escaping the Empire, the crew of the Falcon avoids a huge creature that could potentially be the biggest creature we have seen in the Star Wars Cinematic Universe, even bigger than Exogoth from Empire Strikes Back.
So there we have it. Everything you need to know about the new Solo trailer. Did you love it? What was your thoughts on Alden Ehrenreich? Over here at ASO it has us divided. Make sure to comment what your favourite parts were.
